Returns & Exchanges

At Super Sisters Beauty, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our sisters in quality control inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
